Hello! Welcome and thank you for your interest in Pure Body Balance, LLC.
The key to achieving balance in life, particularly with regard to your emotional and physical health, is to bring your energetic and physical bodies into alignment. The mission of Pure Body Balance, LLC is to help you release the emotional and physical restrictions that hold you back from achieving your highest potential. This is done through holistic body work- both massage and CranioSacral Therapy.
Founded in 2008 by Anna Kudick, Pure Body Balance, LLC began with Equine CranioSacral Therapy. Anna has been an avid equestrian for more than two decades and it was her love of horses that led her to study the benefits that can be achieved from CranioSacral Therapy. The business has since expanded to the treatment of both horse and rider. When both parties are in tune with their own bodies they can then be more in sync with each other and improve communication for better training and riding. While Anna specializes in the needs of equestrians, the health benefits of body work can (and should!) be enjoyed by anyone seeking to improve his or her physical and emotional health. Anna Kudick is a graduate of Fox Valley School of Massage in Appleton, WI, and is certified by the NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork). She is also Wisconsin state certified to perform massage therapy and bodywork. In addition to her massage classes she has taken (CST) CranioSacral Therapy level I with the Upledger Institute and is Reiki II attuned. Anna believes that understanding the energetic body is vital to holding a safe and healing environment. For the past year she has been undergoing The Seven Dimensional Medicine Wheel program facilitated by Laural Virtues Wauters. She has currently taken level 3 of a 5 level series for Equine CranioSacral Therapy, with founder Maureen Rogers. In addition she holds an associate's degree in Agribusiness and Science Technology from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, WI.
